Building on the foundation of the Level 1 Yin TT, this Level 2 Yin training provides a more in-depth experience of the physical and energetic anatomy of Yin Yoga. The focus is on sequencing, following both the myofascial meridians of Tom Myer’s groundbreaking book Anatomy Trains and the energetic meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through lecture, discussion, and practice teaching we investigate how thoughtful sequencing releases deep tensions and enhances the flow of energy in the body and mind.
